01
Who will I be working with from your team?
For full planning you will be working with Brooke directly. For wedding coordination you will be working with Brooke or our lead coordinator Ada! For Content Creation we have a team of three - we will discuss who will be shooting your day once you inquire!
02
What is the difference in a wedding videographer & Content Creator?
A wedding videographer and a wedding content creator differ mainly in their purpose, style, and final deliverables. A videographer focuses on producing a polished, cinematic film using professional cameras, audio equipment, and editing techniques to capture the key moments of the day in a timeless, high-quality format. A wedding content creator uses an iPhone to document candid, behind-the-scenes moments and create short-form, social media–ready videos.
03
Do you travel?
Yes we do! We are located in Orlando, Florida but often also serve Tampa, St Pete, St Augustine & Beyond. We’ve had the incredible opportunity to capture a wedding on a cruise to the Bahamas. We are passport and travel ready. Please inquire for a custom proposal for travel coverage.
04
What is required to book your services?
We require a signed contract and a 30% retainer. Depending on your package your final payments will be split up into two, with the last payment due 30 days before your event.
05
How far in advance should we book a planner?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve chosen a date or destination, ideally 12–18 months in advance. Popular venues and vendors often book quickly, especially in sought-after destinations. That said, we also love working with couples on shorter timelines and have systems in place to make planning efficient and stress-free. The earlier you connect with us, the more options you’ll have to bring your vision to life.
